With the tools from Google Page Creator it is possible to create pages with html style, images and links without any knowledge of HTML.
File sharing
Share file with you group members, free 100MB storage for images and other (safe files)
Customizing
Give you group the style you like, choose from ready made color sheets or create your own one. Each group owner has full access about to mange messages and members.
Maybe something for the next version is to develop something that discussions are not posted anymore with the old interface. Check the new Webdigity Group and the related thread at the Webdigity website
I’ve been away from newsgroups too long. Even though this news if from January, I didn’t know G.Groups had binary support, I always thought it was just a reader. :d
