Reaching the top 100.000 of Technorati?
Is this target unreal? or do you need several years to get such a high ranking?
… we will see, a new blog claimed at Technorati is starting around rank #1.500.000
After a lot of blogging and several inbound links your blog is starting climbing. Today I checked the last blog in the Technorati top100: Currently you need more then 2800 unique links from other blogs to get there!
Between Webdigity members there has started today a little race: “which of their Blog will reach the Technorati top 100.000 as first”
Maybe it’s interesting to guess how much links a blog needs

The challenge is on! I can see that there is going to be a flurry of blog posts from the forum members. We just have to make sure that they are quality posts and not spam… 
Great challenge! How about someone creating a stats page? Just a simple page that shows each blogs ranking in a graph updated once a week…?
A stats graphic is a good idea, I will create one with some dynamic image functions and post the image here and at the forum…
As someone who just crossed the threshhold, you need about 29-30 inbound links to break into the top 100,000.
